I have been a client of WTC for over 11 years. I absolutely adore Christie. She is great at her job, professional and kind. I have had to see a few others at this location and they have been great too. Great spot no matter who you see, but Christie is my favorite!

I loved this place and would highly recommend to anyone. When something came up in my day, my originally scheduled appointment time no longer worked, so I called to reschedule and they were willing to reschedule me last minute for the following day. I asked if they could call me if anything earlier in the day became free due to cancellations, and they called the morning of my appointment and were able to get me in earlier. When I arrived, I was greeted cheerfully by Vanessa and while walking into my room for my appointment, I could hear people laughing and talking as I was passing their room, so I knew this was going to be a great experience from the start. I had an appointment with Vanessa for a Brazilian wax and she was amazing! She made it as painless as possible and made me feel comfortable; we talked and laughed throughout the whole appointment. She was awesome! I got 20% off my wax because I was a first time customer, and then they gave me a scratch off and I won 15% off one of their products such as sugar scrubs, masks, makeup, etc (the sugar scrubs all smelled amazing, but I just recently purchased one). I bought the Waxing the City Dry Body Oil and I can’t wait to try it. Overall, a great experience; highly recommend Vanessa and Waxing the City services!

Christie is the most amazing human/Cerologist ever created. She creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that is both welcoming and professional. I cannot recommend her enough. She truely cares about each and every one of her clients and treats them with the utmost respect and kindness. I always leave feeling happier, more positive, and stronger than when I went in. Go see Christie! She will become your favorite person.

Christie is the best! She is super fast, gentle and thoroughly communicates the process so there are no questions. She is also so very personable and kind. Waxing the City has a top notch employee with Christie!!!! Thank you for everything!!!!

I requested Celeste based on previous reviews and I am so glad I did, she was amazing, detailed and customer service was excellent. The front desk receptionist was great, sorry did not catch her name. Also the office as well and Celeste room was very clean and most importantly no double dipping 🙌🏾 lol!
